All prices on our site are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). Your final order total, including any applicable sales tax and shipping charges, is shown before you submit payment. Ruzentoz currently offers free standard shipping on all eligible U.S. orders.

Prices may change at any time, but a price update won’t affect an order you’ve already completed, unless there was a clear pricing error. If an error does affect your order, we’ll reach out to you or cancel and refund the order.

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase the selected product. Receiving an automatic order-confirmation email means we’ve received your order — it doesn’t necessarily mean the order is finalized or has shipped.

We may review orders for payment verification, product availability, shipping-address accuracy, or fraud prevention before confirming them. It’s your responsibility to provide accurate and current billing, shipping, and contact information.

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Our standard shipping terms are:

  • Order cut-off: 5:00 PM Eastern Time
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit time: 4–6 business days
  • Estimated total delivery: 5–8 business days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. We ship using FedEx, UPS, and USPS depending on your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the following:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must meet the eligibility conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
  • No restocking fee applies.
  • Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns; we cover approved return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or shipped.
